Job Description:

• Conduent Walkin Drive for International Voice Process (Customer Support).
• Customer Support International Voice Process (Inbound calls).
• Transport : 2 Way Cab service with-in Hiring Zones.
• Work Mode: Work From Office Only
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Salary:

• Rs. 23,000 – Take home/Month for Freshers and Up-to: 28000 – Take home/Month for Experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer’s issues on TAT.

Eligibility Criteria:

• For Fresher Candidates: Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible to attend the interview.
• For Experienced Candidates: If previously employed, please ensure that you provide valid experience and relieving documents from your former employers.
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).
• Looking for immediate Joiners only.

Mandatory Skills:

• Candidates must have Good English communication skills, as this role involves handling international customer interactions.
