Job Description:
- Conduent is hiring Freshers for Benefits Administrator – Hyderabad Location.
- Shift Timings – Should be flexible with Night shifts.
- Work Location – Kokapet, Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduates (No BE/BTech).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to open enrollment inquiries.
- Completes transaction(s) related to the customers inquiry.
- Documents call by creating detailed notes in the case management system.
- Completes callbacks in a timely manner and escalating as appropriate.
- Adheres to call center metrics and guidelines within established procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
