Job Description:

• Cogent Data Solutions (CDS) is hiring Bench Sales Recruiter Fresher.
• Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
• Should be flexible to work in night shift.
• Need immediate joiners.
• Work Location – Cogent Data Solutions Hyderabad.
• Working Days – 5 Days a week with 2 days off.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate/Undergraduates (Should hold documents)

Job Responsibilities:

• Screening applicants via follow-up emails and phone calls.
• Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions.
• Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.
• Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
• Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer.
• Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail
• Preferred Knowledge on internet, recruitment.
