Job Description:
- Coforge BPS is hiring For Non Voice Process at Bangalore Location.
- Good Reading Comprehension i.e. ability to read text, understand its meaning and process it.
- Should meet the daily Production Target defined in the process.
- Ensure accuracy, touch time and other applicable service levels of the transactional processing.
- Share & follow best practices.
- Flexible for night shift and 5 days a week working if required should support on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). No Indian Holidays.
- Escalate any deviation to defined process & seek immediate assistance.
- Salary: As per the fresher criteria.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/BTech/MCA/BCA Or Any IT background candidates can not apply for this position.
- Fresher – No Experience OR 6 Months.
- Good written & verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent comprehension of written English, documents.
Essential Skills:
- Computer skills Windows OS, MS office 2003, Image Applications, Etc.
- Should understand customer Quality & productivity expectations.
- Quick learner and adapt to changes quickly.
- Good Typing Skills ( 30/35 words per minute and 95% and above accuracy).
Interview Process:
- Mode of Interview: MS Teams – Video Call Interview.
