Job Description:

• Installation or configuring desktops.
• strong hardware experience.
• strong desktop security experience in terms of anti-virus, firewalls etc.
• Configuring Outlook/Ms-outlook.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router& switches.
• Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports.
• Handling Kick start/PXE for automate installation.
• Different type of software installation.
• Creating and managing user & group a/c and their policies.
• Manage logs files.
• Managing Disk space, Processor/Memory/Network/process Utilization related to client/server.
• Handle and manage on site troubleshooting problem like network/ filesystem/ booting/rescue. .mode/hardware.
• Incumbent will get experience and exposure on End user support and IT infra skills such as Desktop, Network, service desk, etc.
