Job Description:
- We are Hiring for Voice Process.
- We are looking out for candidates who can join immediately.
- Shifts: Should be flexible with Rotational Shifts / Night Shift.
- Working: 5 days /2 ( Rotational Week off).
- Transport: 2 way transportation provided only for nights shift.
- Location will be Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
- Able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear and concise manner.
- Excellent English communication skills, specifically written.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Agent should be responsible for answering queries and assisting customers.
- Should be pro-active to understand the customers concern.
- Should be patient enough to handle multiple questions asked by the customer.
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and provide support to customers in an accurate way so that they will get better experience.
Salary:
- Freshers – Up to 2.56 LPA .
- Experience – Max 3 LPA .
