Job Description:
- Catchpoint Technical Support is looking for recent graduates to be part of our talent pool.

What will success look like in this position?
- An ATSE will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by delivering prompt responses and updates to maintain SLAs.
- Over the period of time, they grasp the intricacies of the product to become product SMEs and are able to resolve technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in IT, freshers welcomed.
- Basic understanding of the Internet including TCP/IP, CDN, DNS.
- Basic understanding of web applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete first response on customer tickets within stipulated SLA’s
- Provide technical assistance to customers via our ticketing system.
- Research, analyse, and resolve customer issues and questions
- Contribute actively to product knowledge base and other product related documentation and the blog.
- Collaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
- Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements and validate future feature designs!
- Utilize training provided by Catchpoint to obtain industry standard certifications.
