Job Description:

• Capita is hiring for Graduate Engineer Trainee – Pune.
• Trainee Developer  work under the guidance of a  team lead or senior team member, fulfilling various tasks ranging from learning the codebase, attending design meetings, write basic code, fix bugs and documenting the information to feed into the knowledge process.
• They should be able to complete the tasks assigned to them on-time with quality with all required supervision and  guidance
• Time Type: Full Time.
• Contract Type: Permanent.
• Work Location: Pune (Magarpatta).

Job Responsibilities:

• Learning the codebase and improving the coding skills.
• Writing codes and debugging.
• Performing Unit tests, documenting the tasks as required amends and refactors simple programs/scripts.
• Applying agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result.
• Completing tasks assigned on-time with good quality under necessary supervision and guidance.
