Job Description:

• Capgemini is hiring for Customer service profile.
• Should have 0 to 6 months of experience in International Voice process preferably Banking.
• Should possess good listening skills to understand customers requirement over the phone.
• Clarify and confirm the customer requirements or problem in a minimal time frame.
• Ability to handle customer escalations.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently, Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Comfortable working in Night shift.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Primary Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be a good team player & Should be able to exceed defined SLA’s.

Secondary Skills:

• Should possess Knowledge of basic computer operations.
