Job Description:
- Capgemini Engineering is hiring for Software Analyst Position – Bangalore Location.
- Work Mode: Work from Office.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Service Agreement: Yes, on prorate basis – 24 months from the effective date of employment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Percentage: 65% above (throughout).
- Certification (if any): Embedded/C/C++(Added Advantage).
Technical Skills Required:
- Good attitude.
- Sound knowledge on analytical.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills.
- Basic and good knowledge on Linux internal concepts.
- Willing to work on embedded field in any locations, like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Chennai.
- Very good communication skills – verbal and written English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer issues and queries are handled professionally and efficiently within the agreed SLA.
- Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop.
- Strong relationships by being a consultant and providing right resolutions.
- Learn and stay current with product knowledge of Replicon’s software and its range of product solutions.
- Help our customers maximize their business benefits from Replicon’s solutions.
Salary:
- 14K stipend for first 6 month.
- After six months – upon employment with 4 Lakhs salary plus 25K retention bonus on completion of 1 year.
