Job Description:
- The Software Development Engineer with DevOps focus will be a part of ADTRAN’s global research and development organization.
- In this role, you will participate in the design and deployment of ADTRAN solutions for the largest telecom providers in the world.
- More locally, you will also play an integral role in developing, deploying, and operating the infrastructure that powers ADTRAN’s continuous delivery pipeline.
- This role requires a wide array of skills and a solid understanding of how different technology components work together to form a supportable architecture.
Desired Skills:
- Experience programming with a strong understanding of programming concepts and development/scripting skills.
- Ability to pick up new technologies and programming languages quickly.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment using Jenkins.
- Experience with Version Control Systems (GitHub, Perforce).
