About the Role:

• We are seeking a motivated Network Operations Intern to support our Network Operations team in maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise network services.
• This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to network monitoring, incident support, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational processes in a real-world environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support incident triage by gathering information, reviewing alerts, and documenting impact.
• Help track and update tickets related to network incidents, service requests, and operational tasks.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of connectivity and performance issues under guidance from experienced engineers.
• Support planned maintenance activities through pre-checks, post-checks, and validation tasks.
• Update network documentation, topology diagrams, inventory records and operational reports/procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, operational reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Shadow team members to learn network operations tools, workflows, and best practices.
