Job Description:

• We are hiring Chat Process Associates for our UK International Customer Support process in Bangalore.
• The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through live chat, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Process: International Chat Support UK Process.
• Shift: UK Shift/Night Shift.
• Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs.
• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain excellent written communication with UK customers.
• Manage multiple chats while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Follow company processes and SOPs.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria (Freshers):

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
• BE/BTECT/BSC/POSTGRADUATES Freshers can’t apply.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in UK/night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria (Experienced):

• 6 months+ experience in International Chat/Non-Voice/Customer Support/BPO preferred.
• International customer-service experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates with good written English and customer-handling skills are preferred.
