Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice and Semi Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, chat and other electronic communications.
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.

Salary:

• Voice – 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions).
• Semi Voice – 17,000 to 26,000 (take-home after deductions).

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0-4 years in a similar role.
• Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 37 years.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
