Job Description:

• Firstsource is hiring for International Voice Process – Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (UK accent preferred).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle calls calmly and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts aligned with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls from UK telecom customers.
• Assist customers with queries related to mobile, broadband, billing, plans, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about telecom products, services, and offers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet performance targets related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to data protection, compliance, and UK telecom regulations.
