Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Executive – Hyderabad.
• Employment Type: Permanent.
• Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
• Log in hours (Total hours 10:00:00 hrs & Production hours 9:00 hrs) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.
• Shift Timings Pure Day Shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Mandate: Any Graduate can apply.
• Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally.
• Can speak English with Tamil , Malayalam & Kannada & Telugu.
• Exceptional phone manner.
