Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate (12th pass) and Graduates can apply.
• Fresher and Experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and night shift along with rotational week offs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• We provide one-way cab (23 Km Radius from Firstsource office, Nanakramguda).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and address inquiries related to services and products.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
• Document customer interactions, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when necessary.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
