Job Description:

• Firstsource Mega Walkin Drive for Voice Process – Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls with a focus on identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Present product benefits clearly and confidently to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent performance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while driving revenue.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes.
• Follow all process guidelines and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Prior sales or voice process experience is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (must).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
