Job Description:

• Hindustan Unilever Limited is hiring for Recruitment Intern – Bangalore.
• 3 months duration.
• Stipend: 25,000/- per  month.
• Start Date: 20th October 2025.
• Work Location: Bengaluru (Whitefield).

About the Role: 

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our hiring initiatives over a 3-month period.
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and recruitment operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Talent partner in end-to-end recruitment backend activities.
• Support sourcing efforts via job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports in Excel.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives within the HR lifecycle.

Key Skills Required:

• Understanding of the HR lifecycle and recruitment sub-processes.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portal navigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, filtering, basic formulas).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in recruitment activities such as sourcing, record management and interview coordination.
• Good hands-on Microsoft Office.
• Based in Bangalore and available to join within 2 weeks.
