• Conduent Walkin Fresher/Experienced for Customer Experience Associate (International Voice Process) – Bangalore.
• Notice Period: Immediate.
• Shift Timings – US Shifts (Night Shift).
• Notice Period: -Immediate.
• Work Mode – Work from Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: Intermediate/12th/PUC/Graduate.
• Freshers who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer’s issues on TAT.
