Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, ensuring accurate information.
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+2 years of formal education.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Full-time availability.
• Required documentation (education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, experience letters if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with urgency.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Bengaluru (no remote or hybrid option).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service (training will be provided).
• Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications (or willingness to learn).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
