Job Description:

• Firstsource is hiring for International Chat Process – Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
• Provide real-time assistance to international clients for product or service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Record and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues (based on product/service).
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
