Job Description:

• HCL Tech is Hiring Freshers For Process Associate/Associate.
• Mode of Interview: Walkin.
• Shift: US Shifts.
• Work Location: Sholinganallur (Chennai).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or PG in any Stream with no arrears.
• No BE/BTech Graduate will be entertained.
• Candidate original ID proof is mandatory.
• This opportunity is open to male fresher candidates only.

Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge in MS-Office.
• Good Communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Should be able to understand the Client Requirements and should know to create SOPs individually as customer specific.
• Ability to think dynamic, diligently and able to relate the process procedures transitioned with business logics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders received via emails in ERP system.
• Collaborate with customer ops team to clarify order requirements and address discrepancies.
• Validate order details for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays or changes.
• Generate Reports in SAP, Oracle.
• Do Analysis on Critical Reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
