Job Description:

• HCL Tech Walkin Drive For Process Associate/Associate (Voice Process).
• Mode of Interview: Walkin.
• Shift: US Shifts (Night Shift).
• Weekends off : Sat & Sun.
• Transportation: Both pick up & drop.
• Work Location: Chennai Sholinganallur.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher – BCom, BBA, MBA, MCom, BSC, BCA 2024 & 2025 (Only can apply).
• No Backlogs.
• Experience Range: 0 months to 1 year experience in any International BPO (voice process)
• Experience Document: Reliving/resignation acceptance is mandatory.
• Candidates without proper relieving documents are not eligible.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work from office.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders received via emails in ERP system.
• Collaborate with customer ops team to clarify order requirements and address discrepancies.
• Validate order details for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays or changes.
• Generate Reports in SAP, Oracle.
• Do Analysis on Critical Reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
