Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Care Executive.
• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.
• 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Off).
• Pure dayshifts only.
• Work Location: Pranav’s One 5th Floor (Opp: Irrum Manzil Metro Station).

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent in English & Hindi, Kannada.
• Freshers and Experienced can apply (Candidate should have Offer Letter Pay Slips and Experience Letter of last company).
• Sales experience would be an advantage.
• Candidate should be willing to work from office.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
• No cab facility.

Interview Process:
