Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Walkin Drive For International Chat & Voice Process – Spot Offer.
• Date of Joining: 30th May 2025.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office and work from home.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or email and provide resolution accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
