Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) – Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior experience or freshers with good communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week with rotational work offs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, eNPS, resolution time, customer satisfaction.
