Job Description:

• Wipro is hiring for Customer Support Associate – Freshers Only – Pune.
• 5 days working and any 2-week offs.
• Should be flexible with night shifts.
• One Way Cab Facility.
• Work Location: Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 2.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher with knowledge of BPO industry.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English language.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling customer queries effectively.
• Ability to work on blended processes for efficient query resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Utilize blended process knowledge to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
