Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Hiring for International Voice process (UK).
• Immediate Joiners.
• Provide customer support.
• Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off.
• 2-way cab facility provided.
• Work Location: HYDERABAD BAHADURPALLY Tech Mahindra Campus.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are also eligible.
• Relevant experience in International Voice Process.
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Good customer handling skills.
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process.

Salary:

• Salary for Freshers – 3 LPA.
• Experience candidates up to 5.5 LPA annually based on experience.
