Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Walkin Drive For International Voice & Semi Voice Process.
• Date of Joining: March last week.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• To provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
