Job Description:

• [24]7.ai is hiring for Chat Support Executive.
• Customer Care Executive Officer Bangalore Location.
• Chat Process/Semi-Voice Process.
• Rotational Week off and rotational shifts.
• 5 Days Working.
• Transport facility is provided within the boundary areas (Both pick up and drop).
• Salary Range: Rs. 2,83,772 – 4,00,008 P.A + (Incentive + Goodies).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Undergraduate, anyone can apply.
• Fresher or Experience, anyone can apply.
• Minimum 0 to 2 Years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in upselling/cross selling will be an added advantage.
• Age Limit: 18+ to 35 years and below.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate should be ready to work for Chat/Semi-Voice process.
• Identify opportunities to offer value added services
• Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalate when needed
