Job Description:

• Accenture is hiring for HR Service Delivery New Associate – Bangalore.

What would you do?

• Candidate experience: Ensuring candidates have a smooth, professional, and timely recruitment experience.
• Target-driven mindset: Ability to meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and adhering to timelines.
• Recruitment tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Analytical skills: Ability to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
• Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities can change quickly.
• Compliance and ethics: Following company policies, maintaining candidate confidentiality, and ensuring fair hiring practices.

What are we looking for?

• Stakeholder management: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR partners, understand hiring requirements, and provide regular updates.
• Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Analytical skills: Ability to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health using Excel and reporting tools.

• Advanced sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, employee referrals.
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, recruitment reporting.
• Stakeholder management and client relationship management.
• Recruitment analytics: Time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline tracking.
• Vendor/RPO management.
• Knowledge of hiring compliance and background verification processes.
