Job Description:

• Genpact is inviting applications for Fresher Commerce Graduates.
• We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate.
• In this role, you will be responsible for the function of the position, Work in the back office process, transaction processing & data entry of customer details and the understanding of product categories in a time sensitive manner.
• This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Graduate except Technical.
• Only Freshers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Banking or Insurance industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English language- both written and oral.

Job Responsibilities:

• Transaction processing and Data Entry of customer details.
• Research and resolve like kind Quality replacements.
• Provide Quick and effective resolution to customer’s queries.
• Insurance/Banking exposure.
