Job Description:

• IGT Solutions is hiring freshers for IT Trainee – Gurgaon, Pune Locations.
• Domain: Java, Testing, Devops, RPA Automation, BA.
• Work Location: Gurgaon/Pune (INDIA) – Work From Home.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduate from 2022 batch and above.
• Computer Science/ IT background
• 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (throughout).
• No Gap in Education.
• No current Back Logs.
• 2 years of Service Agreement (can exceed to 3 years).

Skill Set Required:

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Passionate towards learning and doing research work.
• Good in analytical, Mathematical & logical skills.

Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Coding platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies.
• Good understanding of object-oriented approaches to software development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weightage of Technical Skills (60%).
• Communication & Interpersonal skills (25%).
• Problem solving skills (15%).
• Prime responsibility is to design, code, unit test, integrate applications based on Java platform with utilization of web services.
• Participating actively in software design discussions and responsible for low level designs.
• Writing code that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns.
• A passion for technology and its use to solve complex business problems in a timely and robust manner.
• Responsible for key parameters including quality, schedule & correctness for project deliveries.
• Work effectively with client support teams and implementation architects to resolve application issues.
