Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is Hiring for International Voice Process (Customer Support/Technical Support).
• Customer Support/ Technical Support- International Voice Dealing with customer inquiries over the phone.
• Achieving all objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
• Customer or Sales or Technical Support experience into BPO domain, to be considered.
• Need Immediate Joiners.
• Should be flexible for working from office.
• Cab Facility Provided (2 Way).
• Work Location: Hyderabad / Bahadurpally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are most welcome.
• Freshers and Experienced can apply.
• Good Verbal Communication.
• Should have basic technical knowledge.
• Domestic calling experience will be considered.
• Must be Flexible with any shift timings (24×7).
