Job Description:
- Infosys BPM hiring for International Technical Voice Process in Bangalore.
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
- Follow predefined procedures with the objective to meet performance parameters.
- Shifts: 24 / 7 rotational shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation any with some technical background.
- Fresher/Experience (12-18 Months).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates good in communication and willing to work in Tech voice process can apply.
Mandatory requirement for experienced candidates:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a L1 helpdesk / tech support process / ID access & management process.

- Knowledge of ID access & management and Active directory is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively process ID and access addition/modification/deletion requests as per deliverables outlined.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customers account in the prescribed format.
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
- Ensure that performance parameters are met to meet SLA targets.
- Ensure customer/user confidentiality and data protection at all times.
