Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are also eligible to apply but should be a Graduate in BE, BTech, MCA or MTech with no backlogs.
- Any Graduate with 6 months of technical support and 1 year of customer support experience is eligible.
- Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
- Should be quick learner and self-motivated.

Job Description:
- Candidate should be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.
- Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24×7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Transport facility available (Pick and Drop).
- 5 days working.
