- Ability to be patient while troubleshooting customer issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas.
- Must be a team player.
Job Description:
- Shift: US Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interface with end-users to solve complex support desk problems.
- Follow-up on the status of outstanding support desk issues.
- Properly document issues.
- Follow the escalation process.
- Update work logs and the knowledge base.
- Adhere to organization policies and procedures.
- Alert and Ticket Monitoring.
- Independently resolve tickets within SLA.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures / work instructions.
