Job Description:

• [24]7.ai is hiring for For Technical Customer Support Executive – Bangalore.
• Designation: Associate & Senior Associate.
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

• PUC/12th, Undergraduate/Graduate (BCom, BBA, BSc, BCA, BE, BTech, BA) and Postgraduate (MBA, MCom) freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and address their queries.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (US timings).

Salary Range:

• Voice Process: INR 18,000 – 31,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Non-Voice Process: INR 14,000 – 18,000 per month.
• Additional Compensation: INR 2,83,772 – 4,00,008 P.A + Incentives + Goodies.
