Job Description:

• Zoho Corporation is hiring for Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks and tests on products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns affecting product quality.
• Prepare reports documenting quality issues and proposed solutions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall product quality.

Expectations:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of C, C++ & Java Programming.
• Knowledge of Databases (MySQL/PgSQL).

Note:
