Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Associate Customer Support.
• Employment Type: Permanent.
• Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
• Log in hours (Total hours 10:30:00 hrs. & Production hours 9:30:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.
• Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Mandate: Any Graduate can apply.
• Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally.
• Can speak fluently in English with Hindi.
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
