Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra is hiring for Service Desk – International Process (Freshers).
- Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Shift: 24/7 Global Rotational Shifts.
- Work Location: Bangalore (Work from Office).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree (Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Management Studies (B.B.A/ B.M.S) in Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Business System, Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) in Computer Applications (General), Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering).
Job Responsibilities:
- Global Support: Act as the first point of contact for international clients, resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Fix L1 issues related to Windows/macOS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Ticket Management: Log and track incidents using industry-standard tools like ServiceNow.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure all service requests are handled within agreed timelines to maintain high customer satisfaction.
