Job Description:

• The role incumbent is responsible for effective and timely inspection of accidental vehicles and settlement of claims reported within his / her designated area.
• This requires visiting the workshops where these vehicles report for repairs, inspecting the damages, collecting and filing claim documents and aid the Claims Analysts in assessment of these losses.
• The role incumbent is responsible for handling and resolving customer queries in respect of the allotted claim inspections.
• Incumbent is responsible for follow up / communicating with insured / workshops for pending documents / requirements.
• We shall provide the required necessary coaching to the above effect for which the candidate shall be posted at the nearest Cluster / Zonal office for 6-8 weeks.
• The role will require travelling within AP & TS.
• The role will be on contractual basis for a training period of 1 year.
