Job Description:

Currently Replicon is hiring for the following roles:

1. Developer:

• As a software Engineer-Trainee you will be responsible for fulfilling customer requirement analysis by customizing our product to their needs.
• The activities include technical research, requirements analysis, high level technical design, implementation of customization’s to the product, unit testing, debugging and maintenance.
• The customization of the product will be delivered using C#, Python scripting.

2. Quality Assurance:

• As a QA Software Engineer – Trainee you will be responsible for fulfilling customer requirements by customizing our product to their needs.
• The activities include requirements analysis, development of the test plan / test cases, execution & capturing the test results, reporting defects / issues, working with the stakeholders to ensure a timely / quality / smooth delivery.

• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Testing process / Technique.
• Knowledge of testing tools is a great asset.
• Hunger to learn new technologies and excel in every activity he / she does.

Compensation Details:

• Joinees would receive a stipend of Rs. 25,000 per month for first six months internship.
• The CTC after first six months of internship for Developer role would be 4.5 LPA.
• The CTC after first six months of internship for Quanlity Assurance role would be 4.0 LPA.
