Job Description:

• Infor is hiring for Quality Assurance Analyst (Associate) – Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Execution: Assist in executing manual test cases to validate product features and functionalities, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard bug-tracking tools.
• Test Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test cases, plans, and results documentation.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior QA analysts, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and align testing efforts.
• Learning & Development: Participate in structured training programs and gain hands-on experience with industry-leading QA tools and practices.
• Automation Support: Assist in developing and running automated test scripts under the supervision of senior team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance testing processes, tools, and overall product quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Work Experience: 0-1 year in software quality assurance or related fields (Prior QA experience is not required).

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of manual testing processes and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Enthusiasm to learn software testing methodologies and tools.

Soft Skills:

• A team player with excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to test automation tools (e. g. , Selenium, Appium).
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (e. g. , UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
