Job Description:

• Infinx Healthcare Immediate Openings For Freshers – Semi Voice Process.
• We are hiring AR Callers for our US Healthcare RCM division.
• This role involves interacting with insurance companies in the US to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
• This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start a career in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US insurance providers regarding pending claims.
• Understand denial reasons and take appropriate action.
• Update systems with accurate notes and claim status.
• Work closely with the internal team to resolve claim-related issues.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are eligible.
• Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts/Day Shift.
• Basic computer knowledge.
