Job Description:

• Gartner is looking for passionate, creative full stack developers who are excited to foray into any technology and create innovative products for end users.
• We are building an Innovation Team which will work on new growth products for the future.
• The team will be responsible for R&D into new areas and come up with rapid solutions that can be taken to the market.

What you’ll do:

• Be a part of a new energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products.
• Fluently code as a full stack developer.
• Working with Open-source technologies and applications.
• Working in a fast-paced environment along with passionate, technology rock stars.
• Following coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts.
• Continuously problem-solve to create secure and simple solutions.
• Creating a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance.
• Bringing to life elegant and modern designs.

What you’ll need:

• 2024 Passout BE/BTech graduates in CSE/IT only with 0-9 months of experience developing customer facing products or web applications.
• Exposure to Java or Python or React or similar programming languages.
• Working experience in AWS or any other cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• High proficiency in problem solving and analytical skills.
• Hunger and Humility to solve complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Education qualification as graduate degree in Engineering is required.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
