Job Description:

• Reporting To: Team Leader.
• Process Executive GSC Support will be part of BPO team supporting Multiple activities for our Group Service Centre.
• In this role the Process Executive will manage transactional and reporting activities.
• Support transactional and reporting tasks.
• Ensure all transactions are completed on time with high accuracy.
• Ability to work on multiple transactional processes.
• Maintain and improve key performance measures.
• Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree in any stream.
• Total experience of 0-1 years.
• Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint will be a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication.
