• Ability to work on 24×7 shifts.
• Should have the capacity to explore and learn by him.
• Ability to triage a problem quickly & provide on call technician about the critical information in a clear, concise and quick manner.

Job Description:

• Monitor and verify Linux and windows services based on the alerts.
• Handling the alerts and take necessary actions as per the guideline.
• Deploying, applying patch and builds.
• Performing data conversions using tools.
• Report generation on weekly basis.
• NOC is a 24×7 support team.

Interview Process:

• Written Exam (Quantitative/Verbal/Technical).

• Manager Round and Technical Round.
• HR Round.
