Job Description:

• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused professionals for our International Voice Process.
• The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high quality customer experience for a global client base.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
• Respond to customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
• Update customer information and documentation in CRM systems.
• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and call quality scores.
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or complex resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be open to working night shifts and rotational week offs.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills:
