Job Description:

• CSS Corp is Hiring Freshers for the role of Trainee Engineer (International Voice process).
• Role: US Calls handling – Technical Domain.
• 5 days of working in a week.
• Cab Facility.

Educational Requirement:

• 2020 – Graduate in any discipline (1 or 2 backlogs accepted).
• 10 + 3 years of diploma
• 10 + 12 + 3 years of diploma

Desired Skills:

• Good technical knowledge in Hardware and SW environment.
• Should be able to solve to basic technical queries.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
• Flexible to work in Night shift.
